What To Do at Harrison Lake

In the heart of Harrison Hot Springs lies Harrison Lake. The main beach and lagoon, pictured above, are a tourist hotspot, flanked with sandy beaches across from a row of cute shops and eateries. Shop for little trinkets and find good eats at Harrison Village Mall.

This family friendly destination has something for everyone to enjoy outdoors. To the right of the main beach is Harrison Lagoon, which is surrounded by a beautiful walking trail. To the left is a children's playground, and a publicly-accessible outdoor gym, overlooking the lake. A longer walk past the Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa takes you through a scenic hike in the forest to Whippoorwill Point Trail. Another easier trail accessible through town is the Bridal Trail and Spirit Trail Loop, where you can spot different masks among the tall trees. If you enjoy being on the water, there is an inflatable water park for kids (with paid entry) and lots of other water craft to choose from. Grab your paddle board or kayak rental and head out on the pristine lake to take in all the views Harrison has to offer.

Rendall Park & Boat Launch

Harrison Lake - Rendall Park

If you prefer to be away from the crowds, wander over to Rendall Park, beside the boat launch dock. Here you will find a more secluded swimming area with rinse stations, BBQ area and a smaller walking path. Relax at the beachfront or enjoy a BBQ lunch while you watch boaters unload and venture off across the 60km lake. For close access to the beach, you can pay for parking and charge your EV along Esplanade, or find a free parking spot on Lillooet Street.
